What are the registration desk hours?
Registration will be open the following hours:
Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 7 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 7 PM
Sunday: 9 AM - 3 PM
How will I get my badge at the event?
Badges will be available for pickup at the event. Please bring the ticket you get from Eventbrite, either printed or on your device.
Will there be youth badges offered this year?
We will not be offering youth badges for G2S 2023, only the general admission badge, but that does not mean that they are not welcome to attend! So long as they have been fully vaccinated and a badge has been purchased for them they are welcome to attend. This change is due to the limited availability of badges for 2023, and will be revisited for 2024 and beyond.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
Due to Covid-19, all attendees regardless of age are required to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 before a set date (TBD) and verified by a third party. Individuals under the age of 10 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian; minors aged 10-17 must have a responsible guardian present at all times. There will be no exceptions.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Doubletree by Hilton is located off the Everett Turnpike at exit 8, and is likely best accessed by car. The hotel has a large parking area and parking garage. parking in front of the hotel is extremely limited. Local airports include Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) and Boston-Logan International Airport (BOS). For driving directions, please visit the hotel website.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
While our game library has grown, we invite people to bring and share (if comfortable) games from their own collection. We will provide tables on (or under) which to store your games.
How big will the game library be?
The Granite Game Summit library has grown to over 800 games. Even with our growing library our shared attendee library is one of the things that makes our event so amazing. Bringing your games to share is a valued but not necessary part of G2S. We will provide tables on which to store your games or to share with other attendees. If you are interested in donating games please contact g2s@granitegamesummit.com.
Do you allow food at the event?
You are welcome to bring food and water with you, but we ask that you eat in designated areas only… which means you can now bring a rotisserie chicken!
Do you allow alcohol at the event?
Alcohol is not permitted in the gaming space or outside of the on-site bar during Granite Game Summit (hotel policy).
Will there be a way to find players and/or teachers for games?
Yes! We will be utilizing a "players wanted" and "teachers wanted" flag system for the tables to make it visually easy to find. We will also have a customized hashtag you can use to streamline it via Twitter.
Will there be a vendors hall?
Yes! We will be announcing prior to the event who will be in attendance.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable/Can I update my registration information?
